• 6 years of post BA/S experience in finance and/or strategy, business planning, product management and/or marketing, consulting and/or operations

Role Description:

In this role, you will be part of a high impact team that drives the overall consumer strategy, inclusive of product, experiences, and monetization. You will partner with engineering, marketing, and finance to develop business cases and bring those ideas to life.

• Requirements Management: Gathering, documenting, analyzing business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Process Improvement: Evaluating current operational procedures to identify inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Bridging the gap between IT, management, and end-users to ensure project alignment.
• Data Analysis: Using tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Excel to analyze data sets and create visualizations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Creating detailed reports, user stories, and flowcharts to outline proposed solutions.
• Perform extensive data validation/quality assurance analysis within large datasets.
• Build proactive data validation automation to catch data integrity issues.
• Extensive data analysis using Kusto, Excel.
• Work with customers at 1:1 for data questions. Build data insights, pivots for analysis.

• Ability to organize and lead meetings with business and operational data owners
• Coordinate and communicate between business users and the data warehouse organization, balancing requirements, and resources to solve business problems
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues
• Ability to build tabular and/or visualization reports as needed
• Work closely with engineering and operations to document business processes
• Work independently and with team members to understand database structure and business processes
• Help form data management and governance processes within the data engineering team
• Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis

SKILLS

• Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze complex data and business processes.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate with technical and non-technical staff
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio), SQL, and data modeling tools.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of specific industry trends and methodologies (e.g., Agile, SDLC).
• Experience of building, creating insights using reporting tools such as Power BI
• Very good in SQL, Power BI with strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues.
• Excellent Communication and high level of mathematical ability
• Programming languages, such as SQL, Python
• The ability to analyze, model and interpret data and problem-solving skills
• The ability to plan work and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
• Interpersonal and Teamworking skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong communication skills: should be able communicate complex information to technical and non-technical

Salary : $43 - $45
