We are seeking experienced Bilingual Contact Call Center Agents to provide customer support via phone, chat, and email while assisting citizens with benefit-related inquiries and services.
Key Responsibilities:
β Handle inbound & outbound customer communications
β Assist with EBT, benefit payments, eligibility questions, and application guidance
β Document customer interactions accurately
β Support recertifications, Medicaid card issuance, and insurance updates
β Research customer inquiries using multiple systems
Required Qualifications:
β High School Diploma / GED
β 2 years Customer Service experience
β 2 years Call Center experience
β Fluent in English & Spanish
β Strong computer/data entry skills
β Must pass Berlitz Bilingual Test (7 )
