Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our client Salesforce team to drive data-driven insights, develop predictive models, and support AI/ML initiatives across the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will combine strong statistical analysis skills with hands-on experience in SQL Server (2012 or similar) and modern data science tools to transform business data into actionable intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server 2012 (or similar RDBMS such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) with expertise in complex query writing, stored procedures, and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with Python, R, or similar statistical programming languages
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques
- Experience with Salesforce platform and Einstein Analytics is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
