Area Manager

About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in multi-unit management within the retail or service industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and drive sales growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop store managers to enhance team performance and customer service.
• Analyze performance metrics and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and high levels of employee engagement.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
