Position: Integration Lead – Informatica MDM
Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days WFH)
Early morning to afternoon shifts – must be available to collaborate with India & Europe teams
🌍 Remote available for highly experienced candidates willing to work early hours

Job Description
Desired Experience Range: 10 years
Must Have:
- 7 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM)
- 7 years of experience in Master Data Management INFORMATICA (MDM)
- Informatica MDM Certification required
- Strong hands-on experience in IICS CDI and CAI
- Lead integration solutions including real-time API integrations
- Experience migrating data to Cloud & configuring Secure Agents
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Create complex Informatica mappings in IICS
- Involvement in Unit & Integration testing, performance tuning
- Experience identifying & resolving major production fixes
- Prepare Technical/High-Level/Low-Level Design documents
- Job scheduling using automation tools
Good-to-Have:
- Cloud Data Quality (CDQ)
- Knowledge of master data & Data Governance
- API Integration
- ETL
Responsibility / Expectations from the Role
- Work with Architect, Team Leads, SMEs/Scrum Master
- Lead a 4-person integration team
- Report to the Project Manager
- Opportunity for on-site role
