Full time.
Must have 1 years experience of property management.
Meeting new tenants for showings.
Coordinate lease agreements and security deposits.
Handle maintenance requests and move-in/move-outs.
Collect monthly rent and follow up on non-payment.
Maintain a budget for the property (for repairs and maintenance).
Manage all documentation: maintenance records, leases, requests, insurance, etc.
Work from home. Must live in Washington State for showings, walk through inspections and post notices. Properties are located in Pierce, King, Thurston and Kitsap Counties.
Answer phone calls.
Must have vehicle, cell phone, and laptop.
