Terms and conditions apply* The Internal Medicine Specialties Clinic is located on the 14th floor at the Adult Outpatient Pavilion in the heart of downtown Richmond. Our clinic is home to a range of specialties that includes Adult Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Endocrinology and Allergy patients. Our staff of RNs, CMAs and PCTs provide support across each specialty equally and we have triage nurses assigned to each specialty. The LPN job commences to integrate technical skills and theoretical knowledge to meet the needs of the patient and family. This role assists the health care team with the prevention of illness and injury, maintenance of wellness, and provision of comfort. This role also provides direction, education, and begins to assume leadership responsibilities at the unit level. The LPN job delivers and accurately documents direct, age-specific care to a patient or group of patients based on medical orders and an integrated, multidisciplinary plan of care. This role safely administers prescribed medications, identifying incompatibilities and/or interactions."
