Online Counselor Responsibilities
- Focus on clinical work. We support you in acquiring patients, billing, credentialing, admin support, or overhead operations.
- VCounselors is designed to support clinicians who typically maintain a minimum of 15 billable sessions per week, with full flexibility to grow beyond that based on your professional and financial goals.
- Deliver high-quality therapy tailored to the unique needs of children and teens (ages 8-16) and adults, fostering emotional growth and resilience throughout the duration of the contract
- Complete required clinical documentation after each session.
- Collaborate with families and utilize evidence-based approaches to retain 70% of assigned clients for a minimum of 8 sessions

Online Counselor Requirements: All candidates must be fully licensed in the state of Texas, this is NOT an ASSOCIATE position. Candidates should demonstrate a passion for and experience in providing therapy to children and adolescents aged 8 and up as well as adults. This is a Contract position.
We are also seeking passionate pre-doctoral practicum students and post-doctoral fellows to join our collaborative team, where innovation, mentorship, and meaningful clinical work come together to shape the next generation of mental health professionals.
