IT Support Specialist

This position focuses on supporting and maintaining our internal network environment of 85 - 100 users. The environment is Microsoft-based with design software programs for our creative-based employees.

This is a direct network administrator role intended for someone with solid fundamentals and the ability to grow into customer-facing responsibilities.

Job Summary:

• Support and maintain internal network.
• Administer Microsoft-based systems and services.
• Assist when needed in design software, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Configure and maintain firewalls.
• Support on-premises data center operations.
• Support employees need desktops and laptops.
• Perform general network troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Configure and support customer routing, switching, and security system environments.
• Provide phone and on-site support for local customers.
• Maintain internal camera security system, entry access pass system, and Employee monitoring and time tracking system.
• Assist with customer network upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of overall experience in IT or network administration
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel locally to customer sites.
• Effective communication skills
• Comfortably providing phone and in-person support
• Professional demeanor when collaborating with customers.
