Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ physical and functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide rehabilitation programs to improve daily living skills and independence.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and modifications for home and workplace environments.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation and patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and evaluate treatment outcomes.
- Support patients in regaining skills and preparing to return to work.
