- Configure and deploy mobile devices, including iPhones and iPads
- Provide end-user support by troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues
- Set up and maintain desktop and laptop equipment for new and existing employees
- Manage procurement of devices and IT equipment across the organization
- Maintain accurate inventory and tracking of all company-issued equipment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support needs
- Partner with the parent company on IT-related initiatives requiring on-site support
- Support user access management, including onboarding and credential setup for new hires
- Provide occasional after-hours support as needed
- Travel periodically to support regional offices
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in an IT-related field preferred
- 4 years of relevant IT experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and iOS environments
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
