Responsibilities And Essential Duties
- Lead the development of interior design concepts, space plans, and finish palettes aligned with client goals and project scope.
- Produce detailed design and construction documents, including plans, elevations, millwork, and schedules.
- Interpret client requirements and translate them into functional, creative design solutions.
- Conduct site analysis and field measurements; support construction administration and site observations.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Research and specify furniture, finishes, and materials with attention to budget, performance, and aesthetics.
- Support marketing efforts and client presentations; mentor junior staff and contribute to project team organization.
- 7 years of professional interior design experience with a strong foundation in programming, space planning, and materials.
- Proficient in Revit and skilled in visual communication, including sketching and design presentation.
- NCIDQ Certification required.
- Strong project coordination and team leadership abilities.
