Reporting to the COO, youll be both a strategic thinker and a practical problem- solver ensuring projects run smoothly, teams are resourced effectively, and our internal operations evolve alongside our growth.

What Youll Do
- Lead Operations: Ensure efficiency and consistency across day-to-day business functions while scaling processes for future growth.
- Empower Projects: Partner with project managers to align staffing, tools, and resources with deadlines and priorities.
- Improve Systems: Introduce and refine workflows, tools, and technologies that make teams more effective.
- Oversee Facilities & Admin: Manage office operations, vendor relationships, and workspace planning that support a productive culture.
- Support People: Play a key role in onboarding, training, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring every team member has what they need to succeed.
- Support Leadership: Provide operational insight, prepare executive materials, and support board- level initiatives.
What Were Looking For
- 812 years of experience in operations, project management, or business management. Experience in professional services; AEC industry background is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working across diverse teams.
- A proven track record of improving systems, scaling operations, and driving impact.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Deltek VantagePoint, or similar ERP/PM platforms.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Architecture, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
