Location: VCA Regional Institute for Veterinary Emergencies and Referrals 2132 Amnicola Hwy Chattanooga, TN 37406 VCA RIVER is seeking talented Client Service Reps to join the team at our AAHA-accredited emergency and specialty animal hospital in Chattanooga, TN! We are home to a wonderful team of specialists, technicians, and support staff, with services including Internal Medicine, Surgery, Rehabilitation, Diagnostic Imaging, and 24/7 Emergency & Critical Care. About the Role As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. Duties include but are not limited to: Greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms Scheduling and confirming appointments Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and client communications Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control). Hospital maintenance and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence. Schedule: Looking for Days?
