Client Service Representative (Veterinary Front Desk)
Do you enjoy helping people and their pets feel welcomed and cared for? Our busy veterinary hospital is looking for a friendly, organized Client Service Representative to join our team.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing front desk role with frequent phone and in-person interaction. While you’ll see plenty of pets, this position is primarily focused on supporting pet owners and delivering excellent customer service.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a variable, non-fixed schedule determined by hospital needs. Days and hours will vary, and applicants must be comfortable with a changing weekly schedule.
We are primarily hiring full-time but may consider part-time applicants depending on availability.
- Weekday shifts between 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM. Length of shifts will vary
- Saturday shifts 7:45 AM – 2:00 PM (Saturday availability required, usually 2-3 per month)
- Closed Sundays and major holidays
- Applicants must be 18 or older
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and answer phones in a friendly, professional manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Make follow-up and new client calls
- Discuss services, fees, and process payments
- Provide general guidance on pet care products and services
- Maintain accurate records and a clean front desk area
