VCA Murphy Road Animal Hospital is expanding our Patient Care Team and seeking a full-time Veterinary Technician!
Schedule: Full- time opportunity. 4 x 10-hour shifts (Monday - Friday).
Compensation: The starting range for technicians is determined by license, skill set, and years of experience in the field.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Licensed Veterinary Medical Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT/LVMT) who is passionate about practicing high-quality medicine and playing an active role in patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who wants to fully utilize their skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and support advanced patient care, including anesthesia monitoring, surgical support, and recovery
- Conduct diagnostic testing such as bloodwork, cytology, and radiography
- Place IV catheters, perform venipuncture, and administer medications and treatments
- Monitor hospitalized patients and communicate updates to the medical team
- Educate clients on treatment plans, medications, and at-home care
- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
