VCA Dunwoody Veterinary Center is excited to expand our team and is currently seeking a part-time Client Service Representative (Veterinary Receptionist)!

About Us: VCA Dunwoody Veterinary Center is a full-service facility offering preventative and routine care, surgery and dental procedures. We pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive, team-oriented culture where learning and professional development are encouraged.
As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience. Your role is essential in supporting our veterinary team by managing appointments, client communication, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Schedule appointments, manage patient check-ins/check-outs, and process payments.
- Educate clients on hospital services, wellness plans, and pet care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Assist in handling client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Work collaboratively with veterinary teams to ensure smooth hospital operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer service or veterinary setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software.
- Passion for animals and a commitment to client education.
