Seeking a Veterinary Assistant to join the surgical team!

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $22-$25/hr
Schedule: 4 x 10hr - weekdays only

Whether you are a seasoned Veterinary Assistant or a Technician in training, we want you to use the knowledge that you’ve invested your time and talent in. The skills that will be utilized include, but are not limited to:
- Restrain all types of animals, sizes and temperaments for procedures, inductions and appointments
- Prepares, decontaminates and cleans operating room
- Cleaning and sterilizing surgical instruments and wrapping packs
- Prepare specimens; performs in-house laboratory testing and assists with radiographs
Physical Demands: Work is generally performed in Surgical Suites, Treatment area , and Surgical Prep area. Ability to lift and restrain Animals, wrap packs and surgical instruments is necessary.
