- Spacious building with TWELVE exam rooms, wellness room and large treatment room, surgical suites, separate ultrasound room, snyder oxygen cages, surgical recovery area, kennel, and quarantine area, quiet cat ward, sound DR digital radiography, AFP imaging digital dental x-ray, tonometry
- Hands-free radiology
- Fear-Free accredited or Fear Free Certified associates when possible

- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
- Licensure in good standing to practice in DE, or the ability to obtain
