What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Attendant position at VCA Animal Hospitals?
VCA Orange County Veterinary Specialist is looking for a Certified Surgical Technician or Veterinary Assistant to join our work family. We are a 24-hour specialty and emergency veterinary hospital with Internal Medicine, Surgery, Emergency, and Cardiology. Any applicant should be licensed as a Certified Surgical Technician.
Location: 3021 Edinger Ave, Tustin, CA 92780
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $23 to $27 per hour
Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. Duties include, but are not limited to;
- Cleaning and sterilizing surgical equipment and packs
- Cleaning and sterilizing the surgical suite between procedures
- Assisting in stocking procedure rooms and equipment areas
- Assisting technicians in stocking, sterilizing, and cleaning needs as needed
- Assisting during surgical procedures when needed
