Schedule

• Full-time

• 4-day work week

• Rotating Saturday schedule, approximately 1 Saturday per month

• Collaborative, scheduled team structure

Cases

• Primarily small animal companion medicine

• Diverse general practice caseload

• Opportunity to practice high-quality medicine with access to updated diagnostic technology

• Collaborative environment with opportunities to consult with and learn from colleagues across VCA's extensive veterinary network

• Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, and other relevant credentials

• Medical Director stipend (paid biweekly) and Medical Director annual bonus

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university or equivalent

• Licensure in good standing to practice in Indiana, or the ability to obtain

• Leadership experience or a demonstrated interest in medical leadership

• A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics

• Strong communication, collaboration, and team-building skills
