VCA Bakerstown Animal Hospital in Bakerstown, PA is seeking an experienced CVT to join our 4 doctor practice!

The skills that you will be utilizing include, but are not limited to:
- Venipuncture
- catheter placement
- radiology
- physical examinations and patient assessment
- laboratory work
- pharmacy
- compassionate care for our hospitalized patients
- surgery/ recovery
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care for animals by performing routine examinations and assessments.
- Administer blood sampling and assist in diagnostic procedures.
- Handle and restrain animals safely during examinations and treatments.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Educate pet owners on proper care and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with veterinarians to ensure the well-being of all animals in the facility.
- Assist in laboratory procedures and perform basic veterinary tasks as needed.
