- Design and optimize structured AI chat flows that translate complex business requirements into effective conversational interactions.
- Support the integration and standardization of processes across Texas Pipe & Supply and its family of companies.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in process improvement, demonstrating a strong track record of successful initiatives.
- Proven experience in prompt engineering, including system prompts, few-shot examples, and structured output formatting.
- Working knowledge of distribution and manufacturing ERP systems and end-to-end operational workflows.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally to define requirements, use cases, and drive AI adoption across business units.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, effectively bridging technical AI teams and non-technical users.
