We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a Business Intelligence Team in Spring, TX. In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into actionable specifications. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, you''ll be instrumental in strategic decision-making and enhancing analytical capabilities throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between the business and IT teams to clarify and document business requirements.
Engage with stakeholders to assess their needs and evaluate potential solutions in business intelligence.
Document functional specifications and prepare use cases to facilitate the technical development process.
Support training sessions and workshops to ensure stakeholder understanding of business analytics tools.
Requirements:
2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role with a focus on business intelligence.
Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
Experience in analytical monitoring with a track record of driving effective business decisions.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
