VBeyond Healthcare is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week contract in a post-acute rehabilitation setting, with possibility of extension.
Job Details-
- Job Type: Travel & Local Contract
- Location: Saint Helens, OR 97051
- Contract: 13 weeks, with possibility of extension
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Hours: 32 hours guaranteed, with opportunity to work up to 40 hours weekly
- Local Pay: Up to $50/hr. on W2
- Travel Pay: Up to $2,250 weekly
- Pay: Based on experience and qualifications
Job Summary-
Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy to improve communication and swallowing function.
Responsibilities-
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families.
- Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications-
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
- Current state SLP license.
- CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility.
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
