Assignment Details

- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
- On-Call: None
Pay Package
- Gross Weekly Pay: $1,780
- Taxable Weekly Pay: $600
- Weekly Stipends (Lodging & Meals): $1,186
- Blended Hourly Rate: $44.70
- Taxable Hourly Rate: $15.00
- Overtime / Holiday Rate: $22.50/hr
- OT: Daily after 24 hrs & Weekly after 48 hrs (multiplier applied)
Requirements
✔ Active New York LPN License
✔ BLS (AHA) Certification
✔ 1–3 Years Nursing Experience
✔ Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
✔ Familiarity with PointClickCare (eMAR) preferred
Patient Population
Common diagnoses include:
- Dementia
- Chronic illnesses
- Diabetes
