- Salary: $73,326 – $109,989 annually

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields
- Handle surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment during procedures
- Anticipate surgeon and provider needs throughout surgical cases
- Ensure adherence to sterile technique and infection prevention standards
- Assist with preparation and turnover of surgical suites
- Support patient safety before, during, and after procedures
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and surgical teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and supply management
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
- Federal government surgical technology service experience
- Previous Surgical Technologist experience preferred
Ideal Background
- Labor & Delivery / OB Surgical experience
- C-Section experience
- Strong sterile processing and instrumentation knowledge
- Ability to work effectively during emergent obstetrical procedure
Pay: $73,000.00 - $109,000.00 per year
