We are seeking an experienced Domain Architect – Automation to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide automation solutions. The ideal candidate will define automation strategies, establish architectural standards, and drive digital transformation initiatives across business and technology domains. This role requires expertise in intelligent automation, cloud technologies, DevOps, RPA, AI/ML-driven automation, and enterprise integration.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Strategy
• Define and maintain enterprise automation architecture, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Develop automation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging automation technologies and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient automation platforms.
Solution Design
• Lead architecture and design for RPA, workflow automation, IT process automation, and AI-powered automation solutions.
• Design reusable automation frameworks, templates, and best practices.
Technical Leadership
• Provide technical leadership to automation engineers, developers, and solution architects.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Mentor teams on automation technologies, cloud-native architectures, and integration patterns.
Governance & Compliance
• Establish automation governance, security controls, and operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Manage risk assessments and automation lifecycle management processes.
Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, infrastructure teams, and development teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
• Present architecture recommendations and automation strategies to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, automation, or digital transformation.
• 5 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
