Role: Program Level Test Lead
Location: Kansas City
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end QA strategy, planning, and execution at the program level across multiple projects and teams
- Define and drive test governance, quality standards, risk management, and release readiness processes
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and QA teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and delivery timelines
- Establish and monitor quality metrics, defect management processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive enterprise test automation strategy with strong focus on UI, web, and mobile automation frameworks
- Lead automation implementation using Selenium and Appium frameworks for web and mobile application testing
- Ensure integration of automated testing within CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery models
- Mentor QA teams on automation best practices, scalable framework design, and modern testing approaches
- Support program-level reporting, test status communication, and executive stakeholder updates
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience leading testing programs or portfolios in enterprise environments
- Hands-on expertise in QA methodologies, test lifecycle management, defect tracking, and test governance
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium for web automation testing
- Strong hands-on experience with Appium for mobile automation testing across Android and iOS platforms
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks using Java/TestNG/Maven or similar technologies
- Knowledge of API testing tools and automation practices is preferred
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps preferred
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Banking/Financial Services domain experience preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage distributed QA teams and drive quality initiatives across large programs
