Role Summary
We are seeking a Network Edge Project Manager to support New Commodity and NPI ramp activities for customized Edge products deployed at Meta Points of Presence (PoPs). This role will manage the end-to-end readiness of customized OEM-based Edge hardware, ensuring sourcing, engineering, and manufacturing teams remain aligned throughout qualification, production ramp, and continuous product evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Network Edge commodity programs from qualification through mass production (MP) ramp.
- Partner with sourcing, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure supplier readiness.
- Coordinate OEM engagement and sourcing enablement for customized Edge hardware.
- Track program milestones, risks, readiness metrics, and configuration releases.
- Establish scalable processes for continuous configuration updates and ramp activities.
- Drive collaboration between Network Engineering, Sourcing, and Manufacturing teams.
- Maintain dashboards, project trackers, documentation, and roadmap status.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of Project/Program Management experience in hardware, sourcing, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong experience managing OEM-based hardware programs with custom configurations.
- Knowledge of NPI qualification, sourcing enablement, and mass production readiness.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Network Infrastructure, Edge Hardware, or Data Center platforms.
- Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure organizations such as Meta, Google, Apple, or Amazon.
- Background in supplier qualification, sourcing operations, or commodity management.
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.
- Engineering background (Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing) is a plus.
