Seeking an IBM Security Verify Governance to lead and support identity and access management solutions within the IAM IBM ISIM Support family.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage IBM Security Verify Governance implementations and maintenance activities to ensure robust identity governance.
- Design configure and maintain identity governance solutions aligned with compliance and security requirements.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate IBM ISIM solutions with enterprise systems and applications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex IAM issues to maintain system stability and performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for governance processes configurations and system enhancements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize IAM workflows and governance policies.
- Provide expert guidance on identity lifecycle management access certifications and role management.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices and regulatory requirements in all IAM activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Resolve L2 and L3 incidents related to IBM Security Verify Governance using ServiceNow or other ticketing tools.
- Coordinate with business users stakeholders and offshore teams to address queries and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor service levels and ensure timely delivery of IAM services and support.
- Manage patch upgrades system backups and routine maintenance tasks according to organizational guidelines .
- Create and execute test scripts for validating junctions and integrations within the IAM environment.
- Perform coding unit testing and impact analysis for enhancements and production issue fixes.
- Maintain and update SOPs KPIs and project documentation following organizational standards.
- Provide weekend and oncall support as required to maintain system availability and reliability.
- Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication across all IAM related initiatives.
