Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Case Management & Utilization Review team
- Oversee care coordination, discharge planning, and patient flow
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Collaborate with clinical teams to improve outcomes
- Drive performance, reporting, and process improvements
Requirements:
- Active RN license (NM or Compact)
- 3 years in Case Management / Utilization Review
- 2 years leadership experience in healthcare
Preferred:
- CCM or ACM certification
- Experience with InterQual or similar tools
