Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise dietary staff and ensure high performance standards
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee staffing levels, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and food safety standards
- Manage food ordering and inventory to meet planned menu needs
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food service or food production
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) or Registered Dietitian certification .
Preferred Qualifications:
- Food Handler or ServSafe Certification.
