Supervisor, Food & Nutrition Services

Shift: Variable (8 or 12 hours, primarily day shifts)
Hours: 40 hours guaranteed per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise dietary staff and ensure high performance standards
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee staffing levels, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and food safety standards
• Manage food ordering and inventory to meet planned menu needs

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food service or food production
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) or Registered Dietitian certification .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Food Handler or ServSafe Certification.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• food service or food production: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Certified Dietary Manager (Preferred)
• Registered Dietitian certification (Preferred)
• Food Handler or ServSafe Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Larimore, ND (Required)
