Position; Senior Solutions Architect
Location: 3 days onsite in San Roman, CA
Duration: 4-6 months
Architect with any previous Energy & Utilities domain
Looking for people Working on the customer side applications (Customer data with Grid, 360 Customer experience, SSP & Mobile Apps, Demand Management, DERMS, AMI Data Analytics, Omni channel customer experience)
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of IT experience.
- 5 years in Architecture roles.
- Strong experience in Energy & Utilities domain.
- Experience in system integration and enterprise architecture.
- Strong knowledge of API design and cloud-native architectures.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Domain Expertise (Energy & Utilities)
- Provide expertise in:
- Customer onboarding & service requests
- Meter-to-cash process
- Billing & invoicing
- Tariff & rate configuration
- Credit & collections
- Regulatory compliance
- Understand electricity, gas, or water utility operations.
Technology & Integration
- Architect solutions involving:
- REST/SOAP APIs, ESB, Microservices
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
- Define data integration, event-driven architectures, and API strategies.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Lead design reviews and governance forums.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams.
Compliance & Security
- Ensure compliance with energy regulatory requirements.
- Implement data privacy and cybersecurity best practices.
- Define audit, logging, and monitoring strategies.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with digital transformation programs.
- TOGAF or equivalent certification.
- Experience in large-scale utility modernization programs.
