Project Manager
Compensation: $70K
Location: Southern NJ (Hybrid)
We’re seeking a hands-on Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, regulated environments and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. This role is all about driving execution, bridging gaps, and keeping projects on track from kickoff to completion.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and manage project plans (SmartSheets), timelines, and deliverables.
Work directly with clients to understand the vision and guide them through the project journey.
Identify risks early, read between the lines, and proactively escalate or resolve issues.
Communicate effectively across teams; listening, influencing, and driving action.
Manage customer-related projects in GMP or construction management environments.
Provide project reporting, tracking, and updates with a focus on results and accountability.

1–3 years of experience in project coordination or management preferred; regulated environment experience a plus.
