What You’ll Do
- Physically receive and process all incoming production and non-production shipments
- Verify and ensure required documentation from manufacturers is correct and complete upon receipt
- Follow daily receiving priorities and direction provided by Supply Planning
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and clean work area with proper product segregation to support quality and compliance
- Accurately process inventory receipts in JD Edwards (ERP system)
- Assist in quarterly and yearly physical inventory counts of product
- Support overall receiving operations to help maintain accurate inventory and timely availability of materials for manufacturing and distribution
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One year of relevant experience required; two years preferred (experience in receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, or a similar logistics/quality environment is ideal)
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and goal-focused
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency, proactive approach, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
