Are you interested in learning how medical device products are launched, marketed, and supported in the field? At VB Spine, our Marketing Interns supporting the Thoracolumbar (TL) Fixation team play a hands-on role in commercialization efforts, surgeon engagement, and downstream marketing initiatives that support product launches and future product extensions.

This internship is ideal for students who are curious, collaborative, and eager to gain exposure to field-facing marketing, working closely with sales teams and surgeon customers in a fast-paced, regulated medical device environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support key commercialization activities, including campaign development, messaging, and product positioning
• Assist with downstream marketing initiatives tied to product launches and product extensions
• Gain exposure to field activities by working alongside sales team members and interacting with surgeon customers in the U.S.
• Gather and analyze customer insights to support the development and validation of messaging, campaigns, and commercial models
• Learn and apply VB Spine’s marketing framework to bring structure and consistency to marketing activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and other internal partners to support launch execution
  
  

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based sponsorship
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, evolving work environment
• Ability to exercise independent judgment while working collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and business acumen

Compensation

This is a paid internship position with an hourly rate of $30 per hour.

This role is based in Leesburg, VA or Allendale, NJ. While non-local candidates may apply, relocation and housing assistance are not provided, and candidates are responsible for all related expenses.
