About the Role
VB Industrial Supply is looking for a motivated, "all-in" team member to bridge the gap between our physical inventory and our digital storefront. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of a product listing: from taking the photo and creating the AI-optimized description to physically picking the item for shipment.
We are looking for someone who is hardworking, eager to learn, and enjoys a job that keeps them moving. You'll spend your mornings active in the warehouse and your afternoons managing our digital growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Photography: Take clear, professional photos of industrial parts and supplies for our e-commerce platforms.
- AI-Driven Listings: Create high-quality product listings using AI tools. You are responsible for the accuracy of technical details, descriptions, and market-competitive pricing.
- Data Management: Maintain a clean and organized SKU system to ensure inventory integrity.
- Morning Logistics: Assist with picking and preparing shipments every morning.
- Quality Control: Ensure that what the customer sees online is exactly what they receive in the box.
Requirements
- Physically Fit: Must be able to stand for long periods and comfortably lift 50 pounds.
- Tech & Creative Aptitude: Comfortable using AI tools for writing and basic photography DSLR.
- Detail-Obsessed: You take pride in "zero-error" work, especially regarding SKUs and pricing.
- Work Ethic: A positive, "can-do" attitude with a genuine desire to grow with a local business.
