Vazlo USA Autoparts is looking for a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our commercial expansion in the U.S. This role involves managing key client relationships, closing deals, executing growth strategies, and leveraging digital tools (ERP & CRM) to maximize efficiency.
Requirements
Experience:
5–7 years in a similar sales management role
5 years in B2B or B2C sales (preferably in auto parts or industrial products)
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Automotive Technology (or equivalent)
Languages:
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)

Basic auto mechanics or aftermarket parts catalogs

Main Responsibilities
1. Achieve Sales Targets & Close Deals
Plan and execute client visits and follow-ups
Provide quotes aligned with internal pricing policies
Propose product bundles and promote new releases
Develop tailored client growth plans
Manage documentation for account setup and credit approval
Coordinate deliveries and returns with logistics
Monitor payment status
2. ERP & CRM Management
Manage orders, data, and reporting within ERP & CRM
Perform invoice and stock checks
Ensure full visibility of client interactions
Track returns and generate Power BI reports
3. Post-Sale Relationship Building
Prepare closing reports and follow-up schedules
Identify service improvement opportunities
Customize follow-ups based on client profiles
Working Relationships
Internal: Operations, Logistics, Finance, Marketing
External: Customers
This is a newly created position to drive growth and increase sales in the U.S. market.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: $3,200 USD (gross)
Estimated Annual Salary: $40,000 USD
Commission: 2% on collected sales
