What You’ll Do
- Be the first impression, greet clients warmly and guide their experience
- Manage appointment scheduling, client flow, and stylist timing efficiently
- Handle POS transactions and support retail sales
- Recommend products and services to elevate each client’s visit
- Maintain a clean, polished, and welcoming front desk environment
- Monitor client feedback and communicate concerns to management
- Support marketing efforts and contribute ideas to improve the client experience
- Help maintain the VaZa standard: professionalism, positivity, and teamwork
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service or front desk experience (salon experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology (booking systems, POS, etc.)
- Open to coaching, growth, and feedback
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset

Schedule
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- Thursday: On CALL
- Friday: 8:30AM - 5PM
- Saturday: 7:30AM - 4PM
