Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the legal team. This
position will report to the COO & General Counsel, and partner with various business
stakeholders across the organization to drive and implement processes and efficiencies. As our
Systems Operations Associate, you will be key in enforcing processes and practices to improve
the day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness of the legal team and broader organization. In order
to be successful, you must be extremely detail oriented and able to adapt to changing priorities
and business needs. You are a go-getter who has a passion for organization and is proactive in
identifying areas of need and driving solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the execution of operational initiatives/processes for the legal team and larger
- Partner with Global Operations to update or communicate updates needed to the
- Partner with legal team and cross-functional groups (e.g. Finance, IT, HR) to deliver
- Help maintain and organize systems across multiple entities within VaynerX
- Review, track and process legal documents
- Be a resource to other entity partners when it comes to proper systems/platforms set-up
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Process-oriented, organized and proactive
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Willingness to learn quickly with new platforms/softwares and dig into details
- Experience with platforms like Google Suite Platforms, Excel, Box, DocuSign preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple deadlines
