About the Role

We are hiring a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist who can help us continue growing our women’s health and pelvic floor program.

The ideal candidate has experience or training in pelvic health and is also comfortable treating orthopedic conditions. Pelvic health will be a major focus of this role, but the ability to treat ortho, sports, hip, back, and active adult patients is a strong plus.

You will provide one-on-one patient care in a supportive environment where quality, connection, and outcomes matter.

Our treatment model allows you to spend on-on-one meaningful time with each patient, build trust, and create individualized plans that help people return to the life they want to live.

Patients You May Treat

Pelvic health patients may be dealing with:

• Pelvic pain
• Pregnancy and postpartum recovery
• Urinary leakage
• Bowel dysfunction
• Pain with intimacy
• Core and pelvic floor weakness
• Prolapse symptoms
• Diastasis recti
• Hip, low back, and SI joint pain related to pelvic dysfunction
• Return to exercise, running, lifting, and active life after childbirth or injury

You may also treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions such as:

• Back and neck pain
• Hip, knee, shoulder, and ankle injuries
• Post-operative rehab
• Sports injuries
• Active adult and performance-based rehab
• Mobility, strength, and movement limitations

What You’ll Do

As a Physical Therapist at VAYA, you will:

• Evaluate and treat pelvic health and orthopedic conditions
• Create individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s goals
• Provide hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, education, and movement-based care
• Help women understand their bodies and feel confident in their healing process
• Support patients in returning to exercise, daily life, motherhood, sports, and active living
• Educate clients on long-term pelvic, core, strength, mobility, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with a team that values whole-person care and natural health
• Participate in occasional workshops, community education, or marketing content when appropriate
• Help us continue building a trusted pelvic health program in the Owasso/Tulsa area

Who We’re Looking For

Professional Background

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT preferred but not required)
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Oklahoma or eligible for Oklahoma licensure
• Pelvic health training or experience preferred
• Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred
• Dry needling, manual therapy, sports rehab, or strength-based rehab experience is a plus

Clinical Skills

We are looking for someone who is confident or growing in:

• Pelvic floor evaluation and treatment
• Internal and external pelvic floor assessment, when appropriate and within scope/training
• Pregnancy and postpartum rehab
• Core, hip, and pelvic stability training
• Manual therapy
• Exercise prescription
• Patient education
• Orthopedic evaluation and treatment

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation will be based on experience, training, schedule, and fit for the role.

Salary Range: $70,000–$95,000 depending on experience and schedule
Part-time options may also be considered for the right candidate.

Full-time preferred, but part-time may be considered for the right fit.
