Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Oversee driver routes and fill in for drivers as needed for callouts and vacations.
- Oversee process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate downtime and maintenance with Management
- Supervise staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to foster professional development.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that increase revenue and market share.
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean MVR
- CDL is preferred but not required
