Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute community outreach programs that align with organizational goals and community needs.
- volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, supervision, and recognition to ensure a motivated and effective volunteer workforce.
- Lead public speaking engagements at community events, schools, and local organizations to raise awareness about our initiatives.
- standing outside for up to 8 hours a day
- speaking to up to 200 people a day
Qualifications
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate others and foster teamwork.
