The Assembly & Test Technician will be responsible for various functions to ensure conformance to specifications and continuous production consistent with established standards.

The Assembly & Test Technician will be responsible for various functions to ensure conformance to specifications and continuous production consistent with established standards.
Essential Functions
- Assemble equipment based on customer sales order; complete assembly according to requirements and safety rules/regulations; complete assembly documentation.
- Repair equipment.
- Work at different workstations as needed.
- Identify, place and stamp parts in specified relationship to each other and per instructions on job order, router and drawing.
- Check parts and router for accuracy and review assembly procedures. Bolt, clip, screw and fasten parts together.
- Wash, mask, and paint assembled equipment.
- Ability to work in a hands-on environment.
- Frequent standing, bending and lifting.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Fully participate in HSE Management Program and comply with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Ensure compliance in respective areas of control with all Quality management System requirements, policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 6 months experience in related job and industry and /or training
- Current Forklift certification
- Demonstrated good math skills
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Regular exposure to moving mechanical components, airborne fumes, and particles
- Exposure to heat, cold, wet and snow conditions
- Moderate noise levels
