Available Shifts
B Crew
- Tuesday–Friday
- 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
- $0.35/hr shift premium
C Crew – Split Shift
- Friday & Saturday: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Sunday & Monday: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
- $0.55/hr shift premium
What You’ll Do
- Operate production and assembly equipment used to manufacture automotive parts
- Load, position, assemble, inspect, stack, pack, and move parts
- Follow work instructions and production specifications
- Inspect finished parts for defects and quality issues
- Monitor machines and report equipment or production problems
- Work at different stations based on production needs
- Meet daily production and cycle-time goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Operate industrial lift equipment/forklifts when assigned and qualified
- Work closely with your team to keep production running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 35 lbs
- Comfortable standing and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment for 12-hour shifts
- Dependable attendance and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow safety and quality procedures
- Must be able to pass required drug screening and background check
