Role Description
This is a full-time Remote Role for a Talent Acquisition/Coach specializing in Content Creators. The primary responsibilities of this role include identifying, recruiting, and developing content creators in alignment with Vault's strategic growth vision. Daily tasks involve the full life cycle recruitment process, sourcing recruits, enhancing employer branding initiatives, assessing candidates, and fostering relationships with current creators. The Talent Acquisition/Coach will focus on recognizing talent, and driving the success and growth of the creators within the network.
IMPORTANT: Once trained in TikTok streaming culture, you will be responsible for coaching and supporting assigned recruits. This role also requires you to actively drive growth by recruiting a minimum number of creators each month.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Proficiency in Employer Branding and building relational trust with recruits
- Strong skills in evaluating candidates effectively
- Hands-on experience with Recruiting strategies aimed at identifying top creative talent
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management abilities
- Proven track record of aligning talent with strategic business goals
- Understanding of content creation, and the digital creator economy is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
Compensation:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with a performance-based compensation structure designed to reward high performers.
