As we continue to expand, we seek a talented Marketing Intern with proficiency in Adobe software and a genuine interest in the construction industry to join our team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Intern who is proficient in Adobe software and possesses a passion for the construction sector. You will assist in developing winning proposals for our construction projects and creating appealing internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to create visually stunning graphics, materials, and videos using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and Illustrator. The position requires you to be a self-starter with a passion for marketing, excellent communication and writing skills, attention to detail, and a passion for effectively communicating the value of our company to potential clients.

The selected candidate will work on two primary types of projects:

Proposal Development and Execution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, project management, and technical experts, to gather information for proposal content.
• Assist in creating compelling and well-organized proposals, ensuring client requirements and specifications are aligned.
• Analyze RFP/RFQ documents to understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
• Draft, edit, and proofread proposal content to ensure clarity, coherence, and compliance with guidelines.
• Maintain a repository of standardized content for use in future proposals.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to obtain technical information and incorporate it into proposal responses.
• Implement improvements to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of proposals.
  
  

Marketing Communication Planning and Execution

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling visual content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, video, and print materials.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design eye-catching graphics, presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral that effectively communicate our brand message and highlight our projects.
• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives and target audience.
• Contribute innovative ideas and insights to enhance our marketing strategies and initiatives, leveraging your understanding of Adobe software capabilities and construction industry trends.
• Support the maintenance and optimization of our digital platforms, including the company website and social media channels, to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
  
  

What You Will Need To Be Successful

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in English, marketing, business, or related field.
• Availability to work at least 30 hours per week during regular work hours.
• Desire to learn and advance professionally. Submitting a writing sample is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with ADOBE SUITE
• Worked with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
• Self-motivated to investigate and implement new ideas
