The Role
As our full-time Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple worksites and providing crucial support to our team to ensure builds are progressing. This is a key role for ensuring the success of our projects. The position is salaried and requires a keen eye for detail and experience in construction management.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Oversee construction projects from planning through completion.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring clarity, transparency, and a positive client experience.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and ensure all work meets local codes and company expectations.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges, resolve issues quickly, and keep projects moving smoothly.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a project manager, with preferred (Not necessary) experience in the construction or real estate industry.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
