Position Overview
The IT Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting daily IT operations, ensuring efficient management of technology resources, and facilitating communication across the organization. This position requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Process and manage pVault invoices
- Handle shipping and receiving of mobile devices
- Maintain daily team huddle notes and track assignments
- Coordinate copier needs, including quotes, ordering, and tracking updates
- Maintain and update ISP and location tracking spreadsheets
- Support Portal/VPM user stories and system updates
- Distribute mass communications as needed
- Track equipment for new hires and employee terminations
- Provide updates on Portal/VPM sprint progress
- Prepare VZW vs. TL reporting
- Conduct Active Directory (AD) validation reporting
- Assist with Egnyte audit processes
- Manage and reconcile monthly invoices
- Monitor and send reminders for copier contracts
- Track and manage ISP contract renewals
- Administer KnowBe4 platform, including training setup
- Coordinate training video production (script writing, recording, editing)
Education and Training
- College degree required; Management Information Systems (MIS) or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an IT department or office administration role
- Must have a clean and valid Driver’s License and a personal vehicle
- Position may involve occasional travel, mostly driving
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
